How to extract HijackThis to its own, permanent folder - Using WinZip


Using WinZip

Open WinZip. Click the "Open" button in the toolbar. In the "Open Archive" dialogue box, browse to where you have downloaded the HijackThis.zip file and then click "OK" to open it.

  1. Now click "Extract" button in the toolbar.
  2. Browse to "Program Files" folder.
  3. Click the new folder button to create a new folder.
  4. Create a folder named "HijackThis"
  5. Click "OK" to complete extraction.
