eWEEK Labs Picks the Technology Flops of the Year


Maybe there will be a year when we will be able to say, "You know, only good things happened in technology this year. There was only progress--no dirty tricks, no security breaches that could easily have been avoided, no making life harder for the end user." Well, 2005 was not such a year. In fact, the hard part about selecting the top technology flops of the year was figuring out what to leave on the cutting-room floor. And there was one technology application that went so horribly wrong, in so many different ways, that the analysts at eWEEK Labs argued over who would get to pick it.
