Phishing Alert: West Coast Bank
WebsenseŽ Security Labs has received reports of a new phishing attack that targets customers of West Coast Bank. Users receive a spoofed email, which claims that their account has been locked due to multiple, failed logon attempts. The message provides a link to a phishing website to unlock the account. Users who visit this website are prompted to enter their Social Security number and their account password.
